BBA Course

IIPM stands for Indian Institute of Planning and Management and it is one of the best institutes offering management courses in India. Some of the details regarding BBA and MBA courses offered by this institute are given below:

BBA:

BBA course is being offered in different centers of IIPM like Hyderabad, Ahmadabad, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi. This course is offered as three year full-time residential program and it is accepted and recognized by the International Management Institute, Belgium. During the final year of the course, the students are given the option of taking up either human resource or finance as specialization apart from compulsory papers relating to IT and marketing. For getting admission to the BBA course of IIPM, the student should have completed 10+2 and even students in their +2 course can apply. Admission is provided to the candidates on the basis of entrance examination.

MBA:

The course duration of MBA is two years. Admission to MBA program is based on entrance examination and the entrance examination is conducted in three stages namely written test, group discussion and personal interview. Like some other common examinations short-listing of the students are not done in each stage. All the students will have to undergo all three stages of examination and the selected applicants will receive individual communication from IIPM.

Three year BBA and MBA program:

Apart from offering BBA and MBA separately, IIPM also offers joint BBA and MBA program and the duration of this joint course is three years. In these three years, the students will learn BBA during the first year and the next two years are dedicated for MBA program. Normally, it will take five years for completing BBA and MBA separately, but by taking up this course, students will be able to save two years.
